BUMMER
Errands niggle,
Patience narrows,
As we wiggle,
About like sparrows. Thus went the day,
Much like others do,
End result ? Nerves in fray,
In a fatigue stew.

I have been remiss in not keeping up in the blog on our son Doug. If you are on my notify list for my dairy and blog you are aware of late happenings.
Our son Doug came home about noon Tuesday, his temp 99, NRI (Pro time) acceptable, swelling on the knee down. Yesterday he was doing okay and his spirits were high, he walked with his walker a bit. Talked to him tonight, he tells us that the swelling has gone to his foot, he has stayed inactive and will let his doctor know of the state of affairs Friday morning (tomorrow)
Please keep praying for him, this latest development is frightening.
My apologies for not putting anything in the blog.

I'm keeping you all in my prayers. Tomorrow I will sign up for the "notify" list. I just hate that you and Heather have this stress, and that Doug has to go through this.

Wonderful poem.
: )
How hard this must be to wait for the medical profession to help your son in the best way. Thank goodness we can now look information up on the internet to help us understand. Sending you hope and comfort.
Thank you for the kind words about my blog. It is very important to know how much energy one has to spend each day as important if not more important that how much money. love to you and Mrs. Doug. Prayers work, Thank God for your son's restoration to abundant health. Judi
Another chocoholic. lol, Judi
That pseudo-gout must really hurt. I hope Doug Jr. gets well soon. It must be frustrating for him to have trouble getting around. He is about 14 years older than me. I have some trouble imagining what I will be doing at that point.
Don't you dare apologize my friend. Your first priority is exactly as you've been doing.......taking care of your boy. Is Doug Jr. diabetic? And if he isn't, has he been tested for it?
i hope your son will be okay. as always your poetry is wonderful...
I pray that Doug Jr. will be all better soon. In your previous post , I liked the building pictures and word. Have a good week coming up. Blessings to you and yours.
I pray for him too!
Thank you for keeping us posted on SonDoug. I hope he was able to reach the doctor today and now they have a plan of action. I think his spirits are up because of you. That's your job, you know, not only for Doug but all of your Xanga friends. I always feel better when I chat with you. Prayers for your entire family.
Oh, and cute poem, too. You keep up that poem writing!!!
