  • IN BETWEEN

    Nature in the raw and cold,
    Clouds low today you know,
    Yet we were bold,
    And proceeded to go.

    Out in the cold,
    To COSTCO,

    Needing to make the run since the first,
    Snow forcast tonight,
    Think our choice was not the worst,
    Did the thing right.

    Did the groceries unload,
    Got comfy and warm,
    Every thing stowed,
    Looked across the street,
    And lo,  it snowed.

  • You have been wise to go on  your errands yesterday . This gives a feeling of comfort when we see it is snowing and we don' t have to go out and are ready to face the bad weather in our cosy home !! But I think of those who have to drive in the snowed roads ! I remember we did it in a recent past .

  • Highways everywhere look the same.

    You remind me that we need to take a trip to Sam's Club. 

    No snow here.  I'm not complaining nor bragging since I really have no control over the weather.
