EITHER WAY
With snow and cold forecast,
The next few days,
I must go back or past,
Aways.
To lovely Spring,
As it was or will be,
And steadfastly cling,
To what was brought or time will bring.
Thishful winking as Professor Spooner would say,
I'm good at that,
Anyway.

It is cold cold cold here tonight. I could use a little dreaming Spring myself. Judi
May the sweet Spring and the warm summer come fastly ! I don' t like winter .

Forever Spring is a grand wish. It's cold here, snow a day or so ago but not a lot. It isn't melting so I know it's pretty cold out. I'm thinking of a hot bath with water remaining hot as long as I want it. A book and some hot tea with lemon sounds good with it.
Stay warm and fed,
fun picture .
Okay, we can do this! Get through the winter, I mean. For starters, that's a really beautiful Christmas tree in your earlier post. Whenever I look at a tree this time of year, I smile, remembering when my little sister saw her first one. She was afraid to look straight at it, so she reached for the reflection in Mom's glasses. Somehow, seeing her reach those baby hands toward Mom's face looked more like the season than anything else that happened that year. (the miracle was that she never knocked Mom's glasses off!)
A neighbor used to keep Christmas lights in the house all year--around the kitchen, and everywhere. I'm thinking of trying it. He always said, "I have to have color!" when anybody asked about it.
Hope you're feeling a lot better, Doug! Do you think there might be going to be a white Christmas where you are?

Spring is a good thought to have right now, though I'm trying to get in the spirit of Xmas in the sense of enjoying the colors, lights, and music. Today I had a nifty cinnamon coffee drink with a friend. Mmmmm.
You do as I often do, forget the mirror. lol
