ANOTHER 24 OF THE SEVEN PASSEDPain low enough that I could sleep,
Lived a different dream life,
Interesting night friends I keep.
Followed by a peaceful day.Was able to do a bit of Physical therapy,
Hoping for a night without meds,
We shall see.

I had forgotten about your rotator cuff problem. Sorry. I hope that you get some relief soon. Pain all the time isn’t good on the body or mind.
