- – - – - COMIN’ TO TOWN – - – - -
I keep tellin’ ‘em,
Gotta quit buildin’ in our hills,
Not much can now stem,
Wildlife peering over sills,
Lookin’ for a bite to eat.
Who can blame a bear ?
His home ain’t home any more,
Pickins’ must be good here,
And we don’t bill ‘em after or before.
A three story bear,
Is a bit much you know,
And blue for fair,
But in my town, it is so.
And it’s my town,
Of enchantment I trove,
I go down,
To give him a love.

Now thats a big bear!!! That would scare me. Thanks for your nice comments. I hope you and your wife are both feeling well.
That’s amazing. We had cows on the streets for awhile in Portland but nothing as big as that bear.
RYC: SCREAM~~~~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!! SIGH~~~~~!!!!!!!!!! You are right…..but how many years is it going to take and how old do I have to be to get over the uncomfortable inner thermostat not working? It’s been going on for about 20 years now? I WANT TO GET OVER THIS!!! SIGH!
Perhaps he could be related to Paul Bunyan’s blue ox??? lol How funny!
I have seen this picture once before on your site… I think it is fascinating! I wonder who came up with the idea?
I LOVE THE BEAR…
Where once trees were growing and big forest were home to the bears now there is not much left for the poor bear, not even a small place in the zoo.
